Where is all the hair stylist who knows how to cut fringe properly?
everytime i cut my fringe, it always... ends...... up..... screwed can i even call them hair stylist? neverytime you tell them to cut below eyebrows, they cut far far above ur eyebrows i feel like poking the hair stylist face with the dam scissors but even her own fringe looks ugly.. suck. its not even a matter of time for it to grow back lor cos it wont be straight anymore
